Ocean County Mall, in Toms River, New Jersey, is the only fully enclosed, regional mall in the Jersey Shore resort area. Ocean County Mall is 65 miles south of New York City and is located at Hooper and Bay Avenues, easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway Exit 82 (Route 37). Within Ocean County Mall, there are four large department stores, Boscow’s, Macy’s, Sears, and JC Penney, as well as over 115 specialty stores.
Ocean County Mall has a number of specialty stores for men, women, and children’s apparel; six for boutiques and accessories; 13 jewelry stores; six card and bookshops; Disney; Dell Direct; and stores for shoes, music, games, and beauty products. A unique attraction at Ocean County Mall is the Build-A-Bear Workshop, where you can make your own special bear from start to finish. In addition, there is Club Libby Lu at Ocean County Mall, a club for young girls, with lots of fun activities and benefits for its members.

Ocean County Mall has eight restaurants in the Food Court and two full-service restaurants, including the very popular Applebee’s Bar and Grill and Friendly’s Restaurant, which serves breakfast, sandwiches, and ice cream.
